Pregnancy after Two Different Modalities of Bariatric Surgery. What to Expect?

Abstract:
ما هو المتوقع للحمل بعد طريقتين مختلفتين لجراحة السمنه؟ مقدمه : يعتبر الهدف من البحث هو تقييم مخاطر طريقتين مختلفتين لجراحة السمنه على الأم و الوليد فى الحمل التالى للجراحه من حيث المضاعفات المتوقعه . طرق البحث : تم اختيار 44 حاله حامل سبق و ان خضعت لجراحات السمنه و ذلك بأثر رجعى فى اثناء فتره متابعه الحمل و تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين : الأولى مكونه من 28 مريضه خضعت لعمليه جراحه سمنه تقيديه و المجموعه الثانيه 14 حاله خضعت لعمليه سوء الأمتصاص لعلاج السمنه. النتائج: لم يظهر فروق ذات دلاله احصائية فيما يخص ارتفاع ضغط الدم او سكرى الحمل بين المجموعتين بينما لوحظ نقص فيتامين ب12 و الكالسيوم بشكل كبير فى المجموعه الثانيه و ارتفاع معدلات الولاده القيصريه فى المجموعه الثانيه عن الأولى و كذلك متوسط أوزان الأجنه و نتيجه ابغار لم تكن ذات دلاله احصائيه بين المجموعتين. الاستنتاج : تعتبرجراحات السمنه من العلاجات الفعاله لعلاج السمنه و الأمراض المرتبطه بها و يعتبر الحمل بعدها امن للأم و الجنين مع ملاحظه تعويض الأم ببعض المعادن و الفيتامينات.
