Introduction:
Early childhood is an important stage in the life of the individual, because of its great impact on the formation of his personality, it is the period in which his abilities grow, and his talents are open, and his concept is determined by himself, the child is not born and has a concept of himself, as this concept grows and develops as a result of his experiences, elements The essence of the formation of the concept of the individual from himself is the product of different training experiences.
The way in which a child sees himself is acquired, developed and educated in the light of the sequential interaction between the child's subjective and environmental factors, and parental treatment methods play a prominent role in the formation of this concept.
There is no doubt that the family, particularly the mother, her personal ity, psychological compatibility and mental health, which are reflected in the way she deals with her child, especially at the kindergarten stage, are among the most important factors affecting the child's personality, dealing with others and his perception of himself.
The mother is the starting point of the child and the cornerstone in the development of his psychological development and the formation of his own concept of himself, she is the first sponsor of all his desires, and meet his needs to ensure that he get rid of stress and anxiety, and bring comfort, tranquility and security to the same young, and this is confirmed by the results of many studies such as the study of "Abu Al-Ain" ( 2006), "Sabih" (2011),"Qingfang&Qi"(2013),"Jana"study (2016) and Marja-Kristiina et al.""(2017).
The problem of the research:
The current research problem stems from the importance of the kindergarten's self-concept, this sensitive stage in an individual's life, as the stage at which the foundations of the human personality are laid. The baby.
The research problem can be formulated in the light of the following questions:
1. Are there any differences between kindergarten children in the concept of self-due to the characteristics of the mother's personality?
2. Are there differences between kindergarten children in the concept of self-due to the male-female sex factor?
The significance of the research:
1- The importance of the current research lies in the importance of the aspect that addresses his study, as it seeks to reveal the existence of statistically significant differences in the concept of self in kindergarten children that can be attributedto the factor of the personality of the mother.
2- To detect statistically significant differences in the concept of self in kindergarten children that can be attributed to the sex worker (male-female).
The purpose of the research:
1- Identify differences of statistical significance in the concept of self in kindergarten children that can be attributed to the factor of the characteristics of the mother or not.
2- Identify differences of statistical significance in the concept of self in kindergarten children that can be attributed to the sex worker (male-female) or not.
3- Reaching several recommendations that may benefit children and people interested in the field of childhood.
The sample of the research:
The current research was conducted on a sample of (150) children from kindergarten children and their mothers, enrolled in the third level in kindergarten, with an average age of time (6.19)months, and a standard deviation (0.25) degrees.
The tools of the research:
The researcher used the following tools to achieve current research objectives:
1- General data form, supplement (1).
2- Testing the concept of self-illustrated children's preparation "Ibrahim Qashqoush", supplement (2).
3- Measure of self-concept illustrated for ordinary children and people with special needs preparation "Madiha Mahmoud Al-Janadi", supplement (3).
4- The list of the five major factors of the character set up "Costa & Mc Crae”, and the localization of "Badr Mohammed Ansari", supplement (4).
5- Adult Personality Assessment Questionnaire (PAQ) Ronald B. Roner, translation and preparation of "Mamdouha Salameh", Supplement (5).
The methodology or the research:
The current research is based on the descriptive approach, as it is best suited for its subject matter.
The results of the research:
1- The results of the first hypothesis have found differences in the concept of self in kindergarten children due to the personal characteristics of the mother as follows:
- For the characteristic of neurosis in the mother: the results indicate statistically significant differences in the perception of self in children attributable to the characteristic of neurosis in the mother in favor of children of low neurotic mothers.
- For the diastolic characteristic of the mother: the results indicate that there are statistically significant differences in the concept of self in children due to the diastolic characteristic of the mother in favor of children of mothers with high diastolic.
- For the characteristic of openness in the mother: the results indicate that there are statistically significant differences in the perception of self in children due to the characteristic of openness in the mother in favour of children of mothers with high openness.
- For the good ness of the mother: The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences in the perception of self in children due to the good feature of the mother in favor of the children of mothers with high goodness.
- For the observed characteristic of the mother's conscience: the results indicate that there are statistically significant differences in the perception of self in children due to the alertness of the mother in favor of children of mothers with high conscience.
2- The results of the second hypothesis found no statistically significant differences between children in the concept of self-due to the sex of the child (male-female).
