The choice of public administration department at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Among the seven departments in Najran university that will be prepared by the National Accreditation for Accreditation ,Is Strong motivation for researchers to determine through this study The development of public administration program and evaluate current situation and identify weaknesses, From this point of view, researchers sought to treat part of the problem , which is one of the most important problems that facing universities, Represented in their scientific programs and their Incompatibility with the contents of the programs with the characteristics and requirements of the labor market. In light of the objectives of a research and hypothesis descriptive method using the method of surveys is the appropriate method for this search. Find sample was selected intentional way of members of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences University of Najran, some colleges counterparts from outside the university- Representatives from the labor market and the outside community - Public Administration Program students from the seventh and eighth level. To achieve the objectives of the research and answer his questions, namely:- 1. Is targeted learning outcomes for the public administration program to check academic standards adopted for graduates of the program. 2. Is the updated scientific content of the decisions of the public administration program targeted to achieve learning outcomes of the program. 3. Is the level of performance of graduates to meet the needs of the labor market. The results of the study shows that there are positive opinions regarding the output of educational and academic standards and the contents of the of the program and the performance level of a graduate program in the labor market
