Research Methodology and Sample: The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (80) students in the second year of the Faculty of Physical Education Boys Zagazig University were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control of the strength of each (40) students and research tools: physical test - skill tests - the proposed educational program .
