Social responsibility and its relation to the performance level of teachers Physical Education in the preparatory stage in Sharkia Governorate Dr.,: Mohammed Mohammed Al-Saeed Al-Shahat. The aim of the research was to identify the relationship between the dimensions of social responsibility and the level of educational performance among the physical education teachers in the preparatory stage in Sharkia governorate. The researcher used the descriptive method according to the survey method. The research sample consisted of (90) teachers of sport education. The most important results are: 1-Teachers of Physical Education at the preparatory stage in Sharkia Governorate are socially responsible to a moderate degree. 2-Teachers of physical education in the preparatory stage in the province of Sharqiyah with a good educational performance. 3-There is a positive correlation relationship statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the dimensions of social responsibility and the level of performance of teachers in the physical education teachers in the preparatory stage in Sharkia Governorate. The most important recommendations are: 1-Holding regular training and training sessions for teachers of physical education in the preparatory stage in Sharkia governorate to raise the level of social responsibility in order to improve the level of their academic performance.
