Research objective:
The research aims to identify the reasons for the reluctance to participate in the e-learning system in the field of physical education in some Egyptian universities, as follows: -
1- Reasons for the volumes related (faculty members - beneficiaries - educational environment - standards - application).
research community :
A- Members of the faculty of physical education colleges, Al-Haram Boys, Alexandria Boys, Al-Jazirah Girls, Zagazig Girls, Port Said, Minya, Mansoura
B- Students beneficiaries (postgraduate students, undergraduate students)
The research sample :-
The research sample was chosen as follows: -
A- Selecting a deliberate sample of (84) professors and assistant professors from the Faculties of Physical Education, Al-Haram Boys, Abu Qir Alexandria, Al-Jazirah Girls, Zagazig Girls, Port Said, Minya, Mansoura
B- Selecting a random sample of (200) graduate students from the colleges of Physical Education, Al-Haram Boys, Abu Qir Alexandria, Al-Jazirah Girls, Zagazig Girls, Port Said, Minya, Mansoura
The most important results of the reasons for reluctance to e-learning
First: Reasons for volumes related to faculty members
1- Weak intense training for teachers to use modern technologies before using the e-learning system
2- The teachers' awareness of the reality of their role in e-learning has decreased
3- Difficulty dealing with students who are not trained in self-learning
4- Lack of awareness of the level and ability of the student to use the computer
Second: Causes of volumes related to beneficiaries (students)
1- Insufficient training for students to use modern technologies before using e-learning
2- Difficulty contacting the teacher to increase the number of callers
3- Lack of interest in offering students email
4- Lack of students' awareness of the importance of e-learning
Third: Reasons for volumes related to the educational environment
1- The lack of an infrastructure environment of devices, laboratories and a network
2- Non-recognition of distance learning certificates in some countries
3- Restricting contact to registered students only
4- Invading some of the major websites in the internet with some unwanted programs
Fourth: Causes of volumes related to the application
1- The difficulty of connecting to the Internet for all students due to the high fees
2- The lack of an integrated communication network
3- The difficulty of applying evaluation tools and methods
4- The high cost in designing and producing educational software
Fifth: Causes of volumes related to standards
1. The lack of clarity of the regulations for e-learning regulations
2. The lack of clarity in the method of follow-up to educational programs
3. Lack of incentives to develop content in educational programs
4. Weaken work in the different curricula and teaching methods
