Abstract:
Catfish glycoprotein (CFG) was extracted from the cutaneous mucus of Egyptian catfish by ammonium sulphate precipitation and purified on gel filtration column (sephadex G-50). After purification, CFG produced one band on SDS-PAGE (22 kDa).
