Abstract:
Ultraviolet (UV) and gamma irradiation were used as trials for decontamination of chicken fillet samples. The obtained mean values for log reduction under the effect of UV light treatment were attainted to 2.75, 1.23 and 2.16 log10 CFU/cm2
