Low voltage high accuracy current copier cell

In this paper, a new current copier cell is proposed All switches are working at DC voltage level. This bias voltage can be selected out off the switch's conduction gap. Therefore, the proposed circuit is more suitable for low voltage operation. Moreover, the charge injection becomes small signal independent, which leads to improve the sampling accuracy. The proposed current copier is designed to fabricate in 0.8 mu m CMOS technology from AMS at power supply +/- 1.5V.
