Abstract:
Nano-hydroxyapatite/chitosan (nano-HAP/CS) composites with high compressive strength were synthesized using microwave assisted co-precipitation. Co-Doping using Mg2+ and Ag+ was carried out simultaneously in HAP resulting in the formula:
