Abstract:
Poultry, their feed and wastes are considered a major source of diseases acquired by human consuming or in contact with poultry. These diseases are zoonotic diseases that constitute a public health problem throughout the world. Of bacterial zoonoses, Salmfollow up the sources of Salmonella and S. aureus in poultry wastes.
