This study was carried out on 88 goats selected fromdifferent localities at SHARKIA govemorate. The ages of theseanimals were ranged from 2-5years. According to through clinicalexamination animals were classified into 2 groups. The first groupwas including 10 animals which were apparently healthy and rearedin controlled farm used as a control group. The second group wasincluded 78 animals which were not showed any prominent clinicalsigns but some of them were showed decrease ruminal movement, decrease feed intake, pica, scanty hard feces and growth retardation. While some of them were showed distention of the left flank and bydeep abdominal palpation feel hard object.Goats were clinically examined, and Tow blood sampleswere taken for hematological and biochemical examinations.Postmortem examination was carried out of the slaughteredgoats. The higher percentage foreign bodies found inside the rumenwere plastic (65.4%) and the most affected goats were female(84.6%). While the most affected age were 2-3 years old (39.74 %).Liver, kidney and rumen tissue sample were collected forhistopathological examination which revealed acute cell swellingand lymphocytic aggregation (non specific lesions) in liver andalbuminus casts in some tubules and mild degenerative changes inkidney which also had non specific lesions but there was a defect inthe cornified layer of the rumen. This study was carried out on 88 goats selected fromdifferent localities at SHARKIA govemorate. The higher percentage foreign bodies found inside the rumenby chicken burger and fillet.Forty sample of half cooked chicken meat products represented bychicken shawerma and nuggets. One hundred clinically healthy chickens were used in the presentstudy to detect the residues of enrofloxacin and danofloxacin in parts that used in the production of chicken fillet, burger, shawerma and nuggets, especially from chicken breast, thigh muscle and fat and to detect the effectof freezing storage and different heat treatment (boiling, roasting andfrying) on these residues.
