Abstract:
In this study, samples were collected from human, animal, and chickens to isolate Aspergillus spp.. Human samples include 20 samples of sputum from cases showing chronic pulmonary diseases with no response to antibiotic treatment and 42 samples of nail scfrom human samples, 17 Aspergillus isolates were obtained in a percentage 27.4%. from animal samples, 16 Aspergillus isolates were obtained in a percentage 29.1%. from environmental samples, 20 Aspergillus isolates were obtained from air samples with a peThe total isolated Aspergillus isolates were 63 with a percentage of 41.45%Aspergillus species were found in the rectal swabs and milk samples of cattle with a percentage of 70% and 35% respectively. While the Aspergillus species was reported in the rectal swabs of horse with a percentage of 20%. from young chick lung samples, ADifferentiation between different species of
