Abstract:
In this study isolation and serotyping of seven E.coli isolates were done and it was 01, 0146, 0114, 0119, 0157, 0151, 044 from228 positive samples(55%) on EMB media out of 414 samples• from this study it is clear that:-(1) The incidence of ) E.Coli in provinces ”Sharkia & Dakahlia &Ismalhia”was ”60.68% & 51.83%& 82.3%” respectively. (2) E.Coli serotypes isolated from respiratory system were” 01, 0114, 0119”. (3)E.Coli serotypes isolated from digestive system were 0157 ,and 0146. (4) the virulence genes of E.coli ”ISS, ruCD has been genes. (5) Antibiotics sensitivity test on E.Coli serotypes Enerofloxacine was more sensitive to most of serotype 0114, 0119, 044, 0146,while Neomycin, Streptomycin, Rivamycin are more resistant.
