Some biochemical effects of some plant of medical importance

This presdent study was performed to investigate the biochemical effect of ocimum basilicum (family labiatae ) oil as natural antioxidants in relation to rat liver injuries indused by carbon tetrachloride CCL4these O basilicum plant oil was extracted by away of steam distillation.the animals comprieses 100 adult male albino rats were used in this study were grouped into foure grouups as the follows:1-Control group comprises 25 adult malke albino rats.2- CCL4- injried group:it comprises 25 adult male albino rats injected with diluted corne oil (1:4 )0.5 mi /rat . Ip twice /week
