Abstract:
The present study concernmg with coccidiosis is initiallydesigned for the diagnosis of Eimeria species that sexually reproduce at the ceci of chickens based on theappearance of the PM lesions, morphological featuresand sporulation time. Molecular identification (PCR- based assay) of Eimeria species infecting broilerchickens.Evaluationof cellular andhumoralimmune response of three different broilers breeds( Baladi, Sasoand Hubbard broiler breeds) against live anticoccidial vaccine (Coccivac B®) based on E-Rosette test and anindirect ELIZA assay. The studying the prophylactic and therapeutic action of Toltrazuril (Deltazuril®) withCoccivac B vaccination for prevention and control of coccidosis in broiler chickens. On the basis of PM lesions, morphological features and sporulation time three Eimeria strains; Eimeriatenella, E. necatrix and E.brunetti were identified.Five Eimeria speCIes were identified by PCR assay usmgsequence characterized amplified region.
