As a result, of the great deal of attention and interest whichhas been directed toward the study of aging and possible roleofantioxidants.This work was designed to throw further light on the possiblescavenger effect of three naturally occurring products, Garlic,Ginseng and Melatonin in adult and aged rats.The present study deals with the following parameters as:1- Hepatic reduced glutathione.2- Hepatic glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px).3- Hepatic superoxide dismutaese (SOD).containing CP 23.65 % and ME 3195 kcal/kg diet.
