Summary:-Aquaculture is playing an important role in boosting global fish production and in meeting the raise demands for animal protein. Fish diseases constitute one of the most important factor hindering the development and sustainability of aquacultureSo, this study were aimed to:-• Investigate the prevalence of pseudomonas spp., among Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), catfish (Clarias gariepinus), Mullet spp. (Mugil spp.) either diseased or apparently healthy.• Identify the strains of pseudomonas species.• Determine the pathogenicity of isolated bacteria through experimental infection.• Determine the most effective antimicrobials against the isolated pseudomonas spp.In this study a total number of 150 fish (diseased or cin.
