Abstract:
Summury:-In the present work three batches of sheep Pox virus vaccine (Kenyan strain) were prepared on Vero cells with titers of 5.3 & 5.3 & 5.5 log 10 TCID50/ml in 1st & 2nd and 3rd batches respectively.Three parameters of lyophilization program were applied on three batches of sheep pox vaccine as follow:Batch 1 by using free zing temperature – 20oC, batch 2 by using freezing temperature - 40Co and batch 3 by using free zing temperature- 60Co..The freezing periods were 10 hour,12 and 14 hours for batche 1 , batch 2 and batch 3 respectively from starting of lyophilization process .Also the time spent in primary and secondary drying was 29 , 38 and 58 hours For batch 1 , batch 2 and batch 3 respeThe temperature at the end of lyophilization processes was 34oC, 33oC and 34oC and shelf .
