Abstract:
The pathogenic species of Clostridia cause various forms of toxaemic infections in animals such as botulism, enterotoxaemia, black quarter and gas gangrene. Clostridia species are common inhabitants of the intestine but they can assume under stress and diTherefore, the aim of the present work was to assess the incidence rate of clostridial diseases in sheep in Egypt in different Governorates and in different seasons.
