Abstract:
The genus Aeromonas was a Gram negative bacteria of ubiquitous nature which responsible for both enteric and systemic infection. The main predominant strain was A.hyDROPhila which cause infection of both cattle and human as it considered food and water born microorganism. The zoonotic importance of A.hyDROPhila as result of causing septicaemia, meningitis and infection of eye, joint, bone and soft tissue as pancreatic abscess. In this study, the samples were collected randomly from private and governmental bovine farm animals in Dakhalia governorate.A total of 465 animals were included from which there were 235 cows and 230 buffaloes which collected from faecal swabs of apparently healthy and diseased animals.from cow farm: collected 110 faecal swabs of apparently healthy and 125 of diseased animals while, in buffalo farm collected about 100 faecal samples of apparently healthy and 130 of diseased animals. In addition to, 120 feed samples were collected of different origin (concentrates, roughages and addiditives) and 150 water samples of stagnant, piped and wills water in bovine farm animals.
