Summary:-This work was planed to study the prevalence of leptospirosis and babesiosis in cows and buffaloes as well as the presence of leptospirosis in dogs as a reservoir host in some area at Sharkia provinces. Diagnosis of leptospirosis and babesiosis i1- Seroprevalence of leptospirosis in cows, buffaloes and dogs:Six hundred and fifty five cows, 280 buffaloes and 90 contact dogs raised in different management systems at Sharkia province. They were used to study the prevalence of leptospirosis clinically and detection of specific antibodies against leptospirosis us
