Abnormal lungsounds heard on percussion and auscultation with highly significant increase intemperature, respiration and pulse compared to normal group.11. Hematological examinations:In moderate and severe cases of pneumonia: highly significant decrease inhemoglobin, packed cell volume and lymphocytes and highly significantincrease in total leucocytic count, neutrophils and monocytes.
