Abstract:
The present study was conducted in two experimentsExperiment I: was conducted to study the effects of substituting corn by25 or 50% wheat, barley or rice meal.Experiment 11: was conducted to evaluate the effects of enzyme additionafter subsititution corn by 25 or 50% wheat and barley, 25% wheat bran or 25%rice bran.Both experiments were conducted to study their effects on, growthperformance of broiler chickens, histopathological changes, carcass qualitytraits, some serum parameters as total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglyceride., mineral content of bone (bone ashing), meat (mineral tissue content) andviscosity of the intesinal content and pH of the digesta were also measured.
