Abstract:
Summary:- The in vitro antibacterial activity of amoxicillin and florfenicol was evaluated against Aeromonas hyDROPhila pathogen. Also , the in vivo efficacy of both drugs was investigated on Clarias lazera fish experimentally infected with Aeromonas hyDRII-Efficacy of therapeutic dose of amoxicillin and florfenicol in fish experimentally infected with Aeromonas hyDROPhila: It was found that the numbers of dead fish in the groups administered amoxicillin and / or florfenicol were lower than that in contro2- Infected non treated group showed significant decrease in erythrocytic count, haemoglobin concentration and packed cell volume while showed significant increase in total leucocytic count all over the the experimental period. due to the tightness of the urethra and the adhesion between thepenis and the prepuce. The urethral obstruction was rare infemales than male due to the shortness and large bore of theurethra.(2)Urethral Perforation was 0.96%(0.93% of all affections).(3)Urinary bladder rupture was 26.69%(26.06% of all affections)
