The obvious increase in the use of industrial chemicals leads to exclusiveout comes on human beings in the last decades. On the other hand the fast dailylife that leads to more consumption of fast foods as potato chips, French friesand crisps, then hazardous effects followed. The most dangerous problem arisesfrom the consumption of such types of food is the formation of a chemical called”Acrylamide” in these food during its cooking, roasting or frying. This chemicalhas serious intoxications and incidences as . genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, neurotoxicity and reproductive toxicityThis study was carried out to elucidate the effect of Acrylamide on malefertility and sera level of reproductive hormone ”testosterone and L.H.” in albinorats, genotoxic effects on bone marrow, effects on nucleic acid contents, bloodpicture and histopathological examination on reproductive organs and accessorygland. In the present study, fifty adult mature male albino rats with average bodyweight 225 gm were divided into five equal groups as following:•Group: used as control.•Low dosed group: orally administered with 7.5mg ACR /kg b.wt. (1/16 LDso)every other day for 65 days.•Medium dosed group: orally administered with 15 mg ACR /kg b.wt. (1/8LDso) every other day for 65 days.•High dosed group: orally administered with 30 mg ACR Ikg b.wt. (l/4LDso)every other day for 65 days.•Chips group: fed on 2 packets of chips (65 gm each) every other day for 65days.
