Abstract:
When body temperature rises above its normally regulated range, because of environmental factors or excess metabolic heat production, irreversible thermoregulatory failure may be rapidly developed if body response were not happened. Repeated heat stress tFifty male Sprague-dawley rats (100+ 10gm, 1month old) were used in this study. The animals were obtained from the central animals house of faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Zagazig University .Animals were maintained in stainless steel cages in the biochemFirst group (control group): rats were decapitated at end of February.Second group : rats were decapitated at end of April.Third group : rats were decapitated at end of June.Fourth group : rats were decapitated at end of July.Fifth group : rats were decapitated at end of August.
