Abstract:
This study was aimed to evaluate the pathological lesions associated with some turkey diseases (bacterial and parasitic) as colibacillosis, pasteurellosis, ORT and coccidiosis. <Sixty poults were collected from different localities as Sharkia, Kalubia andGrossly, all viscera appeared congested especially lungs which were consolidated in addition to airsacculitis and pericarditis. Moreover, perihepatitis and enlarged and greenish colored livers wereseen. Other poults had turgid and friable livers. Microscopically, colibacillosis showed pneumonia where some secondary bronchi were contained pale pink homogenous material (mucus) mixed with erythrocytes inside their lumenae.
