Abstract:
A total of 480 samples (broiler cloacal swabs, water, feed and litter)were collected from six broiler farms located in different districts, SharkiaGovernorate (three farms used probiotic and other three farms not usedEchinacea has become one of the popular herbal products III North America and Europe as an immune promoter,particularly for prevention and treatment of upper respiratorytract infections.In the present study, the effects of Zisrocin® and Mulone® administration on the immune and anti-inflammatory responses of Albino rats (vaccinated with formalized killed vaccine ofP.multocida) were compared, each alone and their combination.Fourty Albino rats were divided into 4 groups, la rats for eachgroup:-Group (1) Control group: Vaccinated with formalin killed P. multocida vaccine (4 x 109 Iml CFU of P. multocida) 1 ml intramuscularly.
