During this study 330 samples collected from farm animals, avian and human showing no signs of illness.165 blood samples were collected from different animals avian and human. The samples were inoculated into Sabouraud’s dextrose agar. The samples of diseased avian were taken after P.M from crop, gizzard, proventriculus which scraped by sclaple for direct The confirmatory tests were done to determine the Candida as colonial morphology on Sabouraud’s dextrose agar, Rice meal agar for Chlamydospores detection.Biochemical tests were done as sugar fermentation, urea hydrlyse, sugar assimilation and nitrate assimilation.Physiological identification as germ tube, pellicle or sediment formation on malt extract broth. Then made pure culture of Candida albicans to examine the effect of related, unrelated sera on germ tube formation, colony count. The sera were used undiluted, diluted with physiological saline and with distilled water.
