Some Studies on Effect of Antifungal And Antimycotoxic Agents on Immune Responce in Chickens

In our study on experimental design to confirm the harmful effect of mycotoxine on broiler chicks recorded under control we found that: 1. The severe harmful effect of aflatoxine on broilers was clear on groups AI, & B 1 but less effect on there groups in2.Body weight on broilers specially on group AI, & B 1 which lead to severe losses and down grading on carcasses.3. The immune status of broilers is very important specially intensive program for vaccination the adverse effect of Aflatoxin different organs lead to decrease of immune state andour parameter was HI test. 4.0ur results r~vealed that activities liver enzymes were most clear parameters and high increased specially groups AI, & B 1. 5. The harmful effect of Aflatoxin can be ameliorated by additionof antimycotxin on ration and symptoms and other bad effects
