Abstract:
Clostridia is one of the important genera spore forming bacteria Since it constitutes a reliable factor causing health Hazards for human beings and animals. Clostridia species cause a variety of diseases among man and animals ranging from wound infection Clostridium pefringens is more widely spread than other pathogenic spore forming bacteria.During the last two decades a great atention was paid to words the use of probiotics as food supplement not only supporting the growth of normal bacterial intestinal flora but also having a beneficial effect on the feed conversion ratio. So this study was* Evaluation of CL.miyairi as probiotic for poultry through:-1- Isolation of Cl.perfringens & E.coli and Salmonella.2- Bio chemical tests for identification of micro-organisms.3- Performing of challeng test by using of Cl.perfringens & E.coli and Salmonella in chicken after protected by CL.miyairi as probiotic .4- Comparison of results in control and challenged chickens.
