Some biochemical studies on leptin & lipid profile in diabetic rats

This study was designed to investigate the changes that will occur in leptin in alloxan-induced diabetic rat and the effects of this changes on insulin , blood glucose and lipid metabolism,A total of 80 Male Sprague-Dawley rat, from them 40 mature 150 + 10 g b.w.and the other 40 rats are immature 80 ± 10 g B.
