Abstract:
The aim of the current study focuses on investigation of biochemical and molecular poteintial of curcumin against lipid peroxidation in adult male rats in an attempt to understand its mechanism of action.Thirty adult male albino rats, average weight 200 – 220 gm. supplied from animal farm, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Zagazig University, were used in the present study. Animal were provided with standard diet and water ad-libtum. Rats were kept under coNatural Curcumin from the plant Curcumina longa will be used in this study. The rats grouping and treated as followingGroup I: 10 Rats act as control group.Group II: 10 Rats were administrated 10%thermal treatd oil in the diet(corn oil).Group III: 10 Rats were administrated Thermal treated 10% oil &7% ethanol
