Some biochemical studies on the blood and tissues of ageing rats

The effect of ageing on some biochemical parameters in thebrain and blood of male rats was investigated. For performing the present study,’ 80 white male albino rats were used. They were classified according to their ages into 4 maingroups. Each group consisted of 20 rats as follows: Group I:It comprises 20 rats of two months old, representing the youngage rats and was considered as control.group 11:It consisted of 20 rats of 6 months old, considered as adult agerats.Group Ill:It included 20 rats of 12 months old, denoted as old age rats.
