Abstract:
There were many studies that took place on the effect of the antioxidants material in drugs to prevent or decreasing harmful effects ofoxidative material when human exposure to it or by taking tobacco or anything. Most of these studies were in vivo. But in our study was in vitro and on semen. This type of study ti 11 now is considered few studies. We took one type of oxidative material B(a)P and two type of antioxidants material. There are T. H. and N-A.C. tdetermine the effect of supplementation with N-A.C. and T. H. each of them as alone during sperm preparation on subsequent sperm DNA integrity damaged and the effects range of enzymes work in semen by this antioxidant materials with supplementation oxidatB(a)P. The semen samples used in this study was collected from caw bullin faculty of veterinary medicine Agriculture, Zagazig University. Bymeans of an artificial vagina through out the study; semen samples werecollected twice a week early in this morning. The ejaculates were put insterile tubes and transferred to the laboratory and were placed in a warmwater bath 30 ”c and we were took our care to avoid exposure of thesemen to any Unfavorable condition during or after collection. The semen sample used in this study without any diluents but it is freshbecause the enzymes work in this case are the best.
