Abstract:
Menopausal age associated with many troubles and risk such asobesity, cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, osteoperosis and cancerbreast. These risks mostly attributed to the lack of estrogcn hormone.hormonal replacement may be benefit for improving some of thesecomplication. Life style factors such as diet and natural drugs have been implicated as possible contributary means in the development of clinically advanced stages of many diseases. This study was designed to evaluate the use of isolated soy protein and Work design:This study comprised sixty adult female albino rats. Fifty of theseanimals were subjected to ovariectomy. Then forty of the ovariectomizedwere switched to high fat diet for induction of obesity.The rats were rancidity divided into two main groups.Group I (control group) was divided into three subgroups.Subgroup 1: normal rats fed on normal chow. Subgroup 2: ovariectomized rats fed on normal chow diet.Subgroup 3: ovariectomized obese rats fed on normal chow diet.
