Abstract:
Experiment (I)To evaluate Mycoplasma gallisepticum vaccines in poultry farms, firstly we studied the prevelance of MG infection in specialized multiage broiler breeder farm in Ismalia Governorate where, survey was carried on three flocks with different breed and ages (This farm was suffered from problems of high mortality, low egg production and high susceptibility of the produced chicks to infection by chronic respiratory diseases and high costs of drug therapy used to mycoplasma control.Experiment (II)Two trials was carried out to study post vaccinal reactions to MG vaccines (live F strain vaccine and bacterin) under variable conditions 45 SPF, 12 day old chicks and 105 broiler breeder 16 day old chicks was used where noted that:1- Under ideal breeding conditions there is no clear post vaccinal reactions.2- Bacterin was faster in production of agglutination antibodies but decreased gradually.3- Under stress as crawdness and ammonia level more than 25 ppm resulted in air sacculitis and mortality cases in group taken live vaccine either by eye DROP or spray method.4- Post vaccinal reaction was low in eye DROP method than spray method by live F.strain MG vaccine.
