Isolation and identification of the FMDV current field strainsby tissue culture inoculation, baby mice infection and by R T-PCR using universal primer.The collected samples were isolated in BHK cell line forthree successive passages and also by baby mice inoculationobserved for seven days, all the suspected samples arepositive.
