At the same time (CMT)revealed false positive results in (13.88%) and false negative results in(10.41 %). Also (MWST) showed false positive results in (9.72%) and falsenegative results in (16.66%) .Concerning to results of somatic cell counts, the results revealed thatsamples had a somatic cell count up to 5 x 104 cells/ml were bacteriologicallynegative, while those of over than 5 x 104 cells/m! were bacteriologicallypositive.Bacteriological examination of these milk samples revealed the presenceof mastitis causative microorganisms in (74.3%) of the examined samples.
