Two hundred and eighteen mature albino rats of both sexes (190-200gm b.wt.)were used in this investigation to study the effect of determination of the oral LD50 (acute toxicity), teratogenicity, and its effect on male fertility as well as pathologicalexamination of the different organs from 1 to 6 months (acute and chronic toxicity).
