Abstract:
The present work was planned to study same biochemical alteration in the blood of rats under the effects of lead acetate and Cadmium choride administration. Sixty four albino rats classified into two major group .Treated with 10 mg/kg b.w df lead acetate ( eight rats) The sample of collected blood and serum were subjected tobiochemical analysis at the end of one day, 7 days and 14 days for thefollowing parameters: reduced glutathioneglutathione peroxidasesuperoxide dismutaseceruloplasmincopperseleniumcreatinineHb % , RBcs count and pcv % . The result obtained could be summarized as follows :- 1- Reduced glutathione of blood show a highly significant decrease in the mean values under effect of lead and Cadmium administration.
