Abstract:
The aim of the present workThere are mainly hazards occurs from disturbance in regulation of lipid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism and energy homeostasis , so this trial aimed to provide a firm basis for understanding the biochemical roles of peroxisome proliferators-activated This was occurred through study the effect of a lipid derived ligands (congiugated linoleic acid) of PPAR on :1. Gene expression of PPARα and γ. gene expression of some enzymes regulating lipid oxidation as carnitine palmotyl transferase I , hormone sensitive lipase and proxisomal acyl CoA oxidase.2. The activity of some enzymes regulating lipid and carbohydrate metabolism as Carnitine palmetoyl transferas 1,Hormon sensitive lipase ,Succinate dehydrogenase and Glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase.3. The concentration of the major body full as glucose, glycogen, triacylglycerol, total lipid and cholesterol4. the concentration of the main catabolic hormones as Insulin. and liptin.
