Effect of Chemotherapeutic Drugs on Immune Response for Newcastle Disease And Gumboro Disease Vaccines in Chickens And Its Relation Feeding Programs

Abstract:
A. Immune response in vaccinated chickens was estimatedafter treatment with gentamycin, streptomycin,enrofloxacin and sulphaquinoxalin, the GM of ND HIantibody titers and NA titers were:1- A significant decrease in GMT of HI and NA titers in group ofchicken treated with gentamycin at 15 and 30 days of age and fed22% protein, the titer was (57 ± 3.53 - 61 +3.97) and (4.0 +0.24 -4.5 ± 0.29), in control group (92 ± 4.6 - 106 ± 5.3) and (6.5 ± 0.29- 7.0 +0.39), respectively while the protection percent was (60%and 70%).2- A significant decrease in GMT of HI, NAT in group of chickentreated with gentamycin at 15 and 30 days of age and fed 18%protein, the titer was (53 ± 3.29 - 57 ± 3.71) and (3.8 ± 0.23 - 4.0+0.26), in control group (92 ± 4.6 - 106 ± 5.3) and (6.5 ± 0.29-7.0 ± 0.39), respectively while the protection percent (60%).3- A significant decrease in GMT of HI and NA titer in group ofchicken treated with streptomycin at 15 and 30 days of age andfed 22% protein, the titer was (65 ± 4.03 - 70 ± 4.55) and (4.8 ±0.29 - 5.3 +0.34), in control group (92 ± 4.6 - 106 ± 5.3) and (6~5+ 0.29 - 7.0 ± 0.39), respectively, while the protection percentwas (70% and 75%).
