Abstract:
In this study, 4 experiments were carried out, and the results couldbe summerized as follow:- Exp. 1:- Results of this expo showed that:-The 96h- LCSO of Tilapia nilotica fish was 126 mg N02-NIL. and the c.f was clearly decreased in tilapia fish groups exposed to sublethalconcentrations of nitrite (1110 & 1/5 96-h LCSO ofN02N) in comparisonto control group. Exp. 11:- Results obtained from this expo showed that:-There were marked decreasing in C. f, H. S. I, G. S. 1., RBCscOlmt, Hb concentration, Het value, plasma glucose level, as well as theglycogen level in both liver and muscle in both male and female Clariasbroodstock exposed to 24 weeks of n.fr. in addition to increasing inmortality (OA» accompanied by macroscopic and microscopic pathological findings in the internal organs, also the body composition revealed decreasing in the crude protein (%) and fat (%) while the ash (0/0) and moisture (0/0) were increased, on the other under normal fr. for 24 weeks showed increasing in gain (%) in B.w., T.L.as well as in c.f and the fish were healthy, also showed marked increasingin crude protein (0/0) and fat (%) while the ash (0/0) and moisture (0/0) were decreased.
