Liver and Kidey Functions in Heal thy and Diseased Small Ruminats

Abstract:
A total number of 72 sheep of both sexes were selected from 150 to used in this study, the age ranged from 6months to 3 years. The animals were selected from different localities in Sharkia Province including EI- Batriek farm, Kafr EI-Hamam farm, EI-SalamParasitological examination of fecal samples obtained from allanimals was performed. Nasal swabs from sheep affected with respiratory signs were collected under strict hygienic measures and subjected for bacteriological examination. Blood and serum samples were taken from all sheep for haematological and biochemicalto decide the presence or absence of blood parasites. After the clinical, parasitological examinations, bacterial laboratory confirmations and blood analysis, the examined sheep were divided according to their physiological and pathological conditions intGroup I: Included (15) sheep proved to be clinically healthy and parasitic free and served as control. Group 11: Consisted of (22) sheep suffered from ruminal acidosis. Group Ill: included (10) sheep suffered from pneumonia
