The obtained results are summarized as follow:1- Efficacy of gentamicin and neomycin:The in vivo treatment measures were applied in catfishexperimentally infected with A. hyDROPhila. The results obtained provedthat gentamicin and neomycin were markedly effective in vivo against A. -hyDROPhila microorganisms.Treatment with therapeutic regimen of both neomycin and gentamicin, displayed complete recovery from the gross pathological lesion. 2- Effects of neomycin and gentamicin on blood constituents of catfish:Healthy fish treated with neomycin showed no changes in bloodconstituents meanwhile, the fish treated with gentamicin showed asignificant decrease ofRBCs count, hemoglobin concentration and PCV%.Infected fish treated with neomycin and gentamicin showed a significant decrease of RBCs counts, Hb concentration and PCV%.
