The uses of antihistaminic drugs in some diseases in veterinary practice

A total number of 75 cattle and sheep of both sexes were investigated in this study. Examined animals were belonged to different localities in SharkiaProvince and Ismalia Province. The examined animals aged from 6 monthsto 7 years old. According to the clinical signs and laboratory examination, these animals were divided into the following groups:The first group: This group consisted of 15 healthy animals 10 cattle and 5 sheep used as control groups.The second group: This group contained 60 diseased animals (50 cattle and 10 sheep) and according to clinical and laboratory examination. These diseasedanimals were subdivided as follow:Group I: This group consisted of 13 dairy cows which were suffering fromimpaction and aged between 3-6 years old. Group 11: 13 buffaloes calves with skin lesions (urticaria) and aged from 8 months to one year old.
