The present study was planed as a trial to investigate the following:1- Determining the sensitivity of pathogenic fungi to many therapeuticagents in vitro by disc diffusion test, well diffusion test and media incorporated with antifungal drugs2- Comparison between the results of the three methods to select theeasier to used for different fungi isolated from animals. To achieve this aim, the most important antifungal drugs were used totested common fungi isolated from veterinary fields included the old one’s as nystatin, griseofulvin, amphotericin Band 5-fluorocytosine and recent drugsas clotrimazole, miconazole, econazole, tioconazole and ketoconazole. Alsothe more recent drugs as itraconazole, fluconazole and terbinafine.By us mg disc and well diffusion methods it was clear that ketoconazole, tioconazole, econazole, clotrimazole and nystatin possessed amarked inhibitory effect on the tested yeasts, while econazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole and miconazole possessed a marked inhibitory effect on the
