Abstract:
The control of Pasteurellosis caused by Pasteurella multocida In rabbits remains a problem despite the vaccines available for influence subsequent rabbit reproduction performance and exert the immunity throughout the largest period. The results of the prePasteurella multocida vaccines were tested by using I.H.T.Pasteurella multocida vaccine inactivated by BEl proved to have abetter immunizing potency than heat inactivated and formalizedvaccines. The average titers of antibody measured by I.H.T. inexperimental vaccinated rabbits with heat inactivated vaccine, reached 61, 160, 320, 640,1372,1576 with overall mean 688.2 when tested at 7, 15, 21, 30, 45 and 60 days post vaccination while that of formalized vaccine reached to 61, 160, 640, 1280, 1470,
